John Mack, a Harvard University professor and author of the now-famous book Abduction, came to England in 2004 to give a lecture at the Glastonbury Symposium. During his stay, he visited a crop circle located at the foot of the White Horse at Pewsey, and there is a photograph of him with our friend Robert Hulse in this circle. As the testimonies below demonstrate, John Mack had developed a keen interest in the crop circle phenomenon, and he would likely have been as enthusiastic about it as he was about the abductions. It is truly regrettable that he did not have the opportunity to delve more deeply into it before his untimely departure in September of that year.
Testimonials from Suzanne Taylor and Michael Glickman:
As it appears that John Mack had already benefited from the support of Laurence Rockefeller in the research which led to the publication of his book ‘Abduction’, we could be justified in assuming that Rockefeller would also assist John Mack were he to take up the challenge in an effort to get to the bottom of the crop circle phenomenon.
Seeing as Laurence Rockefeller was already helping Colin Andrews with financial backing for research into crop circles, and that John Mack was showing a deep interest in the subject, a collaboration like this would almost have been expected.
